Battle of Krasnaya Gorka, near Kronstadt (also Stirsudenskoe battle in Swedish sources also "Kronstadt battle," the Swede. Sjöslaget vid Kronstadt) - a naval battle between the Russian and Swedish squadron at the Russian-Swedish War (1788-1790), which took place on May 23-24 (3 - June 4) 1790 in the Gulf of Finland, Baltic Sea, north-west of the Red Hills. During the battle, the Russian squadron is not allowed Swedes break to St. Petersburg, which at the approach to the Russian reinforcements were forced to retreat and hide in the Vyborg Bay.
